A United Nations report outlining the benefits of district heating and its important role in addressing climate change. This report is relevant to 2020 Partners as HERC is the energy source and has planned a system for district heating and cooling in the surrounding neighborhood!

2011-04-19: Ted Johnson, Minnesota Timberwolves, gave a brief presentation on the proposed Target Center improvements at the April 19, 2011 special meeting of the 2020 Partners.
2011-04-19: A special meeting of the 2020 Partners was held for the primary purpose of discussing a Market District Vikings Stadium. The first presentation on this topic dealt with the development history of 2010 Partners, which evolved into 2020 Partners. Presenters included Mark Oyaas, Neerland & Oyaas; Nick Koch, HGA; and Chuck Leer, North First Ventures, LLC. The second presentation was by Beth Elliott, Principal City Planner with the City of Minneapolis. She presented the Small Area Plan as it pertains to the Lower North Loop. Additional presentations were made by David Frank, North Loop Neighborhood Association, and Steve Poppen, Minnesota Vikings.
