Paster Properties and Urban Anthology Commercial Real Estate have purchased two late 1800s buildings in the North Loop and are planning to renovate them for retailers and office users. The buildings, at 120 and 124 Third Ave N., were owned by the Hillman family until the two local firms bought them in a joint venture Feb. 1.
